The cooperative is migrating away from DocuSign to an open-source signing platform (DocuSeal) during summer 2026. Until that's complete, signature collection happens via email exchange with the PDF.
We retain the signed PDF and any addenda in the cooperative's records. The agreement's status in the partner portal updates from pending to signed.
